Is there a free trial?
Yes! New accounts receive 10 free credits to test with. No credit card required. Once ready to scale, choose from flexible prepaid or volume plans.
How are credits calculated?
Each SMS costs 1 credit (up to 160 characters). Longer messages (161-306 characters) cost 2 credits. Our rates are transparent with no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Mpesa (M-PESA). Support for Visa and PayPal is coming soon. Enterprise customers can request invoicing.
How do I get started with the API?
Sign up, verify your email, and navigate to the API Keys section in your dashboard. Generate a key and start sending - see the API docs for full examples.
What’s the delivery time?
Most messages are delivered in under 1 second on local routes. Delivery reports are pushed to your webhook in real-time with 72-hour tracking.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. API keys are hashed, never stored in plain text.
